What We Did.
We partnered with BNY Mellon to develop and implement their cross-referral program, designed to educate each department about the bank’s diverse range of products and foster a collaborative, referral-driven culture across teams.
As we worked closely with their team, we conducted regional research to ensure effective multicultural communication strategies were in place. Toward the end of the project, our research revealed an additional opportunity: BNY Mellon could expand its offerings by directly marketing select products to its vendors and strategic partners
